I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?

You can click “Lost Password” at “Login/Register” page and follow the instruction.

The items i’ve received does’nt fit me well. What should i do?

You can exchange your purchased items within 7 days after you received them, into a different model, color, or size which has the same price or higher than the price of your purchased items. If you choose any lower priced item, we will not return any excess payment. Sale items are can’t be exchanged. Furthermore, Lookcouture items can only be exchanged into a different size and colour but not into a different model.

However, please make sure that you check the measurements before you make any purchase, because this service is only valid for ONE time exchange (for all products). To know which size is perfect for you, see the answer in the previous question tab.

What do I have to do if I’ve completed my payment but forgot to confirm?
